FAQs

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by May 1, 2027. This helps us finalize guest counts, seating arrangements, and weekend details.

Can I bring a plus one?

If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be addressed on the Save the Date you received. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to text us.

Are children invited?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. You're more than welcome to bring children with you to San Francisco, but they will not be able to attend any wedding events throughout the weekend. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll enjoy a fun weekend away with us.

What is the dress code?

Each event has its own dress code, which can be found on the Schedule of Events page. We kindly ask guests to follow the recommended attire for each celebration to help create the experience we've envisioned for the weekend. And yes, we're especially looking forward to everyone's interpretation of Denim Day on Sunday!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Our welcome party is primarily indoors but includes outdoor space. Sunday's Bay cruise will be outdoors with an indoor section.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will not be provided between events. When planning the weekend, we intentionally selected venues that are located close to one another, making it easy to walk or take a short Uber between festivities. We recommend allowing a little extra time for San Francisco traffic, especially during Fleet Week weekend.

Where should I stay in town?

Please visit our Travel & Stay page for hotel recommendations and booking information. We've selected hotels based on location and convenience to the weekend's events. Unless you've spoken directly with Coco or Eric, we recommend booking from our suggested list to make getting around the city easier and ensuring a comfortable stay.

Should I worry about weather and/or motion sickness on the ferry ride?

October is our favorite time of year in San Francisco (fall is called “San Francisco Summer” for a reason!). Expect sunny weather, but bring a jacket or sweater as it can get breezy, especially at night or on the ferry.

The boat is large and built for a comfortable ride, but if you're prone to motion sickness, we recommend planning ahead. We'll have Dramamine and Zofran if needed on onboard.
